Type of Depression (4 group)

1. Normal people.(0~8m)
Congratulation! You are sometime feel tired and stress.But this is normal. You are a always thinking happy. Help your friend around you to let them happy also.Keep nice.^^

2. Major Depressive Disorder(9m~20m)
· Psychomotor retardation (slowed thinking, speech, body movements) or agitation (inability to sit still, hand-wringing, pulling at clothing, skin, or other objects) that is apparent to others.
· Sense of worthlessness or unreasonable guilt over minor failings.
· Problems with clear thinking, concentration, and decision-making.
· Recurrent thoughts of death or suicide, or making a suicide attempt.

3. Seasonal Affective Disorder(SAD)(21m~30m)
· Changes in mood. A person may feel sad or be in an irritable mood most of the time for at least 2 weeks during a specific time of year. During that time, a guy or girl may feel a sense of hopelessness or worthlessness.
· Low energy. Unusual tiredness or unexplained fatigue is also part of SAD and can cause people to feel low on energy.
· Changes in sleep. A person may sleep much more than usual. Excessive sleeping can make it impossible for a student to get up and get ready for school in the morning.
· Changes in eating. Changes in eating and appetite related to SAD may include cravings for simple carbohydrates (think comfort foods and sugary foods) and the tendency to overeat. Difficulty concentrating. SAD can affect concentration, too, interfering with a person's school performance and grades. A student may have more trouble than usual completing assignments on time or seem to lack his or her usual motivation.
· Feel tired when socializing. People with SAD may feel tired when time with friends, in social activities, or in extracurricular activities.

4. Bipolar Disorder(31m~39m)
The first stage signs are:
· Withdrawal from friends and family
· Low self-esteem and lack of confidence
· Sleeping for long periods and still feeling tired
· Start Having suicidal thoughts
· Cries easily without apparent cause

The second stage signs are
· Lack of concentration
· Increased sex drive
· Alcohol or substance abuse
· Obvious agitation

5. Manic Depression (40~55m)
Manic depression can be defined as an emotional disorder characterized by changing mood shifts from depression to mania which can sometimes be quite rapid.
· Unnatural pessimism
· Exhibiting poor judgment
· Dreaming up 'big' plans that are unattainable
· Speech may become rapid
· May begin speaking louder than is normal
· Reduce energy level
· Poor sleeping pattern
· Becoming suicidal
